UKLSL have hands on knowledge of developing the necessary analyses, documents and data sets required to support licencing of space launch activities including (but not limited to): Airspace, Marine, Meteorology, Safety Case development, Range, Security (Cyber and Physical). These vital constituents of any launch service, especially any newly developed capability, can often be overlooked or not considered early enough in a project. We are used to working in projects and situations where no ‘out of the box’ solutions exist in these areas, having worked with the relevant organisations and stakeholders to ensure that the characteristics and risks of space launch are understood, and solutions are developed which manage the risks and are compliant with the relevant regulations. Our system level focus and approach assures that the solutions developed are done so in manner which ensures consistency and coherency across the whole capability being developed.
