Since 1988, Serco has been providing critical ground segment operational services for a wide variety of mission profiles from Low Earth Orbit Remote Sensing; through Geostationary Telecommunications; to Deep Space planetary and science missions.
Currently, we are one of the largest providers of spacecraft analyst and controller teams in the European space sector and a partner of choice for spacecraft operations services to the European Space Agency, EUMETSAT, as well as the UK Ministry of Defence and the United States Air Force (USAF).
Serco has a strong expertise in satellite operations, including telecommand, satellite control, and flight dynamics, leading operations of ESA and EUMETSAT satellites.
We provide ground infrastructure management services, from network operations, facility management, through to ground segment engineering. We also have teams deployed supporting government space situational awareness services, providing radar engineering support, operations and maintenance, and orbital analysis.
